Floor Sanding Dublin are quite happy to visit your property to access what work needs doing for free! It’s in our interest to actually see the floors in order to determine what wood the floor is made of and to take into account other factors that you, the home owner, might overlook when deciding to have this work done.
Pricing
We price each project competitively, fairly and what we think is fair for both parties!
The prices below are meant as a guide only and are flexible depending on the scale of the project and at our discretion. For example, the greater the number of rooms will reduce the cost per room. Please note that if the amount of repair exceeds what we deem to be a reasonable amount, (of ‘making good’), then appropriate charges will be applied. This will be identified within the survey/quote.
Other factors such as whether floorboards have been sanded before, if the floor has never seen a sanding machine before, and if there are thick areas of bitumen, requiring considerable levelling of the floor, then expect to pay a little more.

Common Repairs
Not all floors are in perfect condition and therefore we might appreciate that a little time ‘making good’ might be necessary. We are willing to make minor repairs such as filling old radiator pipe holes, fixing down a loose board and removing staples, for example, without charge.
The cost of any repair can be discussed at the time of estimate.
